Shipping times:

• Please allow up to 3-5 business days*** for items to process and ship, and extra time during holidays or sales due to an influx of orders. Once shipped, items typically arrive in 1-4 days domestically, and 4 to 10 days internationally, with standard shipping.
• ***Custom item process and shipping times may vary, please check individual product pages for exact process and shipping times. 
• If your order includes a custom item, please note that the entire order ships together. If the custom item takes longer to process than the general 3-5 business days, the entire order will ship as soon as the custom item is ready to ship. We suggest purchasing separately if you want to receive your non custom items faster.

Shipping cost:

• Orders over $100 USA / $150 INTL have free shipping.
• Orders under $100 USA / $150 INTL will be charged for shipping costs depending on your chosen delivery method and country. Full prices and speed options will be displayed at checkout. 

Your 100% satisfaction is important. Ten Wilde offers a 14-day Return Policy:

• Click here to start your returns process. Once finished, attach the label to your package with the jewelry and the packaging in its original condition and drop off at your local USPS.
• Discounted, customs, and solid gold purchases cannot be returned.
• To be eligible for a return:    - packages must be in transit to be returned within 14 days of you receiving your jewelry.    - jewelry must be unused & undamaged with packaging in its original condition.
• Once your return is received, you will be refunded the full price of the items returned, minus the initial & return shipping fees ($5 USA / $15 international), to your original form of payment. 
• If a product gets damaged or was faulty upon a delivery - we offer 100% refund.
• Items on sale (excluding site-wide sales), customs, and solid gold purchases cannot be returned.
• No cancelations, as soon as your order is placed we start working on it.
